Hi! I’m looking for a private room in a share house long-term (minimum 6 months, ideally 12+). I’m flexible with move-in timing, but late Feb / early March 2026 would be ideal.

I’m open to anywhere in the Eastern Suburbs.

A bit about me:
I work full-time in hospo and am studying Communications. I’m clean, respectful and easygoing. I love early mornings, the beach, gym, Pilates and walks, and I enjoy an Aperol on the weekend! I’m social and enjoy going out here and there, but I ultimately value a tidy, respectful and relaxed home environment.

Budget:
$350–$450 per week (up to $500 for the right place)
