Hi, I’m Jon & Katy!

We are professional full-time and part-time with stable incomes looking for an ensuite room to rent long-term within the 20km Bundall area (my office is there.)

We’re both non-smokers, quiet, no party and respectful people,e and own no pets (my wife loves pets).

I will mostly be out early for work while my wife will have a shift from Monday to Friday and sometimes on weekends.

Our hobby is running and watching Netflix in the room.
