30yo WA local, currently based in Europe and returning to Perth mid-to-late September to start a full-time role in the agricultural industry based in the Fremantle office (9-5). Looking for a room to move into timed with my return and start date.

I'm keen on the coastal corridor around Fremantle.

About me:
Clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
I like staying active — into the gym, running/hiking, footy, and getting down to the beach when I can.
I also enjoy cooking and spending time in the garden.
I respect personal space and others' routines, but also enjoy the social side of share housing — getting to know and making friends with housemates.

Outside the city, I like getting out to explore the South West and South Coast of WA. I also travel for work now and then.
