Hello future roommates my budget is $350-400 ideally. Looking for a furnished room with a double/queen bed. I work full time but will possibly work from home 1/2 days a week if you’re ok with that. Ideally your mid 20s-40 and work pt/ft. I’m easy going, clean social and friendly. Not after a party house during the week and no smokers or drugs! I’m up for social gatherings bbqs ect on the weekends. Must be walking distance to a bus/metro/train. I’m relocating from Sydney so not sure if I’ll have my car.
