My name is Yvan, and I work FIFO in the mining industry, typically on swings lasting 2 weeks to 3 weeks, with about a week off. (And sometimes I’m travelling away during this off)

Due to my work schedule, I’m not often home, and when I am, I value a calm, respectful, and tidy environment. I’m looking for a room to rent for at least 6 months, with the option to renew if everything goes well. I hope to find a place where I can settle comfortably and stay long-term if it’s a good fit.

I’m 25 years old, clean, and respectful. I enjoy socializing but don’t throw or attend parties often. When I’m home, I like working a bit on my computer, hiking, traveling, going to the gym, listening to music, and sharing opinions. I’m also planning to start cooking more once I find the right place! 😉

Some important features I’m looking for in a property are:

Air-conditioning in the room
A washing machine
A dishwasher
Also I'm renting car during week off so need a park bay , even if it's in front of the house if it s safe
And i got some stuff so if you get a room / garage where I can put few ikea box
