We’re a quiet and tidy couple looking for a place to rent around Collingwood, Fitzroy, Melbourne CBD, Richmond, or Abbotsford. Our budget is up to $600 per week.

A bit about us:

Both working professionals in hospitality and accountancy respectively.

Clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

Non-smokers and responsible tenants.

Looking to move around the end of June.

Ideally we’re looking for a 1-bedroom apartment or studio, but we’re also open to a private room with an ensuite in a clean and friendly household.

A nice view or good natural light would be a big plus, but the main things we value are cleanliness, a comfortable space, and good access to the city.
