Hi there, potential roommates!
I'm a 38 year-old professional moving from Canberra to Tamworth to help out extended family. I am familiar with the complexities of communal living, having lived in shared housing for more than 12 years, and attending boarding school before to that.

I would like a clean home where I can have my personal privacy while yet enjoying meals and drinks with my roommates. Here's a little more about who I am and what I want from a living situation:
About Me: Habits and Lifestyle:
Non-Smoker/ drinker Low-Key: I like a calmer, more relaxed atmosphere at home and am not a party animal. I cherish a peaceful, well-mannered home where everyone honours one another's right to privacy.
Social yet Private: I value personal space and privacy even if I like to eat dinner and have drinks at the pub with my roommates. It's vital to me to strike a balance between socialising and spending time alone myself.
Interests:
Food camping,Cooking: I enjoy experimenting with new dishes and cooking. It would be great to share a kitchen with someone who enjoys delicious cooking. I love to periodically make dinners for the group and would love to share my culinary creations with you.
TV and ; Movies: I love Netflix programmes and movies, especially binge-watching them. We will undoubtedly connect if you like to watch TV marathons or have enjoyable movie evenings.
Music: I live my life to the fullest via music. I value living with someone who either shares my interest for a wide variety of genres or at the very least doesn't mind my varied playlists.
Spirituality and Personal Development: I'm quite interested in both of these areas. In my spare time, I frequently read, practice meditation, or go to conferences and events on these subjects.
Travel and Outdoors: I enjoy taking walks in parks, going on hikes, and spending weekends away in the great outdoors. I have a strong interest in discovering new locations and civilisations.
Shopping and Socialising: I like to socialise, whether it be over a coffee date, a night out, or visiting markets and shops in the area.

Clean and Tidy: I find that a tidy home is really important. I'm searching for roommates who have the same values about keeping things neat and tidy.
Kind and Considerate: It's important to treat others with kindness and regard. I value cohabiting with people who honour each other's habits, limits, and shared places.
Shared Values: I'm seeking for roommates who, ideally, have similar lifestyles to mine. They should be nonsmokers and, ideally, not party animals, who value social connection but also privacy.
