Hi! I work full-time in Property and split my time between the office and working from home (about 50/50).
I’m generally quite private and enjoy having a calm, clean, and well maintained space to unwind in. During the week, I keep things low key with work and gym. On the weekends, I like getting out to the beach, checking out local markets or cafes, doing something active and occasionally going to a local wine bar.
I’m respectful of others’ space and always contribute to a clean and tidy home. Looking for somewhere that feels more like a home rather than a sharehouse with someone that I hopefully will become friends with.
Im health conscious and try to keep my home as low-tox as possible with the products I use, so a place that values this would be an added plus! I have a full house of furniture so mainly interested in a team up or a place to myself.
Ideally looking for somewhere with my own bathroom, car park and somewhere I can put my work desk. Not interested in the northern end of the Gold Coast, only the suburbs I have listed.
