Hi there! I’m a 32-year-old single female on the lookout for a master bedroom, studio, or granny flat in or around Palm Beach. I’m currently living in a lovely studio in Kingscliff, but I’m keen to make the move a little closer to the Gold Coast.

I’m clean, quiet, and respectful – basically your dream tenant or housemate! I live a pretty chill lifestyle, working as a full time cafe manager and spending my downtime cooking (I love food), riding my bike, hitting the beach, and wandering through farmers markets.

Not into the party scene – I’m more of a wine-and-dinner-party kind of gal. Always up for a chat or making new friends, but also very comfortable doing my own thing.
