Luciano Farri

Hey! I’m Luciano, 30, he/him, originally from Argentina.

I’m moving to Melbourne on 17 August to study, and I’ll be working in the CBD during office hours. I’m looking for a long-term place that feels like a home rather than just a share house.

I’m tidy, respectful, easygoing, and genuinely enjoy contributing to a great household. I like keeping shared spaces clean, communicating openly, and helping out wherever I can. I’ve been living in a 7-person share house in Perth for over a year, so I’m very comfortable sharing a home and being considerate of others.

Outside of work and study, I’ve got many hobbies: gym, long walks, live music, being out with friends, etc. I keep myself busy everyday, and I’m very professionally centred. I’m always happy to share a meal or grab a coffee or a beer, but I also really value everyone’s personal space and quiet time.

I’m hoping to find a house with friendly, open-minded people who enjoy a relaxed, positive atmosphere. A place where everyone respects each other, takes pride in the home, and enjoys a good balance between socialising and doing their own thing is exactly what I’m looking for.

I speak fluent English, Spanish, and Italian.
