Jaz and Nick

Hey! We’re Jaz (23, originally from London but have been living in Australia for the last 4 years) and Nick (22, from Brisbane).

We’re looking for a room from around the 6th September until mid December, but we’re flexible with dates and open to something a little shorter or longer term for the right place.

Ideally we’d love Burleigh heads or somewhere nearby, but we’re open to anywhere from Main Beach down to Burleigh. Being close to the beach is a big bonus and we’d need to be near ish to a tram stop as that’s how I get to work.

We both work full time Monday to Friday - I’m a gymnastics coach and Nick is an electrician. We’ve both lived in share houses before and have always had really good relationships with our housemates, so we’re clean, respectful and very easy going. We’d love to live with people around our age who are keen to actually be friends as well as housemates - going to the beach for a surf, grabbing a drink or hanging out together, while still respecting each other’s space. We’re also big animal lovers if you have any pets :))

Our budget is ideally around $400/week for a room, but we can stretch a little for the right place.
