Hey I am a 19 year old male taking a gap year to earn money before returning to uni hopefully in 2024, I work part time as a bartender at the merrywell within crown Perth, working most weekend nights and during week also. I only moved to Perth start of 2021 as I grew up in Albany but previously boarded at JCCA. Very into sports, both watching and playing football (soccer) quite often. I’m eager to socialise with whoever I end up living with but will be out of your hair a reasonable amount of time due to time away at work during the night. I keep myself and my living spaces tidy and will gladly help around the house where needed. I’m primarily looking for a place to stay within a 20 minute drive of crown ideally as I need to be able to make my way to work without too much hassles. Aside from that I am looking for an all round bubbly and friendly group of people to live with to make the day to day a chill and relaxed experience. Looking for rental prices of a total of maximum $350 inc bills, happily will go lower
