We're Mike and Alisha, a professional couple looking for a room with a private ensuite or a self-contained granny flat within easy walking distance of a train station for easy access to Brisbane CBD.

About Us -
-Both employed full-time in professional roles in Brisbane CBD
-Primary residence is our farm in the South Burnett
-We commute to Brisbane for office-based work approximately 3 days per week
-Typically stay 3-4 nights a week, with the occasional weekend
-Quiet, tidy, respectful, and reliable tenants
-Non-smokers
-Financially secure with stable full-time employment

What We're Looking For -
-Room with private ensuite, or a granny flat/studio
-Easy secure parking for our car
-Walking distance to a train station
-Budget of up to $500 per week
-Access to basic amenities (laundry and kitchen)

We have been using serviced apartments but are looking for a more practical long-term arrangement that allows us to leave a few personal items in Brisbane and avoid constant packing and unpacking.

Because we spend much of our time at our farm, you'll find us low-impact occupants who value a clean, peaceful living environment.
