Hi there, I'm Regina, a 45-year-old single female and self-employed professional.

I spend around 9 months of the year in Australia and approximately 3 months overseas each year. I'm currently looking for a place from 18 July for an initial 6-month stay, with the possibility of extending for another 6 months or potentially longer if it's a good fit for everyone.

I'm a quiet, respectful and considerate person who values a peaceful home environment. I'm fairly independent, enjoy my own space and privacy, and am usually busy with work, reading, walking, or pursuing creative interests. I keep a tidy home, am easygoing to live with, and appreciate open and straightforward communication.
