I am a friendly and quiet person who needs a peaceful and quiet home to live in while I'm working full time in journalism.

My interests are reading, movies, yoga, and exploring cafes and going to the beach for a nice swim.

I am polite, and I like to keep my space neat, clean and tidy and appreciate a room mate who values the same. I respect people's privacy and space and really value my own down time but also up to having a fun chat and hangout with my room mate :)

I'm looking for a room mate who is in similar life stage to me: working/studying/ someone who values kindness, and emotional intelligence with clear positive communication.
I am up for a 6 month lease to a year/long term
Looking for nice moden apartments with my own bathroom in Erskineville and Alexandria, Drummoyne or Mosman
- needs to be a close walk to a train/or bus to get into the city as I don’t drive!
- walkable distance to a nice pilates studio, cafe and grocers
