Gabriella and Matthew

Hi there!
We’re a friendly couple who’ve recently moved over from Scotland and are looking to sublet a room from early January onwards (flexible on dates).

We’re both easygoing, respectful, and used to shared living. We enjoy an active lifestyle, sports, the outdoors, and cooking good food, but we’re also relaxed at home and appreciate a calm, comfortable space. We’re non-smokers and considerate of noise, especially during the week.

We’re clean and tidy, always respectful of shared spaces, and happy to do our part with cleaning and household responsibilities. We get on well with others while also valuing personal space and privacy.

Matthew is 27, and I’m 24. Matthew is currently seeking a two-weeks-on / two-weeks-off engineering role, and I’m looking for full-time work in retail. We’re financially prepared, with savings set aside to comfortably cover rent for a few months while we settle into work.
