I’m visiting Sydney from Melbourne from 1-13 December with two friends and are looking to sublet a place during this time. We need a two-bedroom place, ideally with a garage with enough space so my friends can sort out their things from their storage unit during our stay. We are trustworthy, tidy, and careful around the house, and have plenty of experience with long-term renting, housesitting, petsitting, and house sharing. We are happy to petsit and take care of any house plants if needed. I’m a PhD student and my friends are a married couple—one of them is an academic and the other a factory worker. The place has to be near or accessible to Macquarie University.
