Hi! I’m Nicky and I’m looking for a quiet, pet-friendly place to rent in South Brisbane / Logan, ideally no further than Springwood. I’m also open to the Northside up to Chermside if it’s the right fit.
I’m tidy, respectful, and pretty independent. I enjoy my own space, writing/creative projects, and keeping life calm and organised. I’m not a party person and I’m more of a quiet-home vibe.
I have two indoor cats who are litter trained, clean, and well cared for. They’re my babies, so I’m looking for a home that’s genuinely okay with cats (happy to keep them contained in my room if needed).
I’m currently based in Kingaroy but relocating back to Brisbane. I’m actively looking for work (including part-time/work-from-home) while continuing my studies, and I have funds available to pay rent and bond on time.
Budget: $200–$300 per week depending on inclusions.
Preferably a room with an ensuite or enough space for a litter setup.
