Searching for 1 bed unit/granny flat or something similar. Prefer self contained as I love my space to be clean and tidy and well organised at all times, I've found this difficult with shared spaces. I keep myself to myself most of the time but am naturally sociable, friendly and talkative.

Love to cook and bake. Real kitchen is highly desirable as I cook all my own food to stay on budget and be healthy, I meal prep and regularly use stovetop and oven, slow cooker etc, like to keep a fully stocked fridge and seperate freezer.

Have all my own appliances/furniture etc or if needed can sell/store for the right furnished place. Would prefer my own washing machine (which i have right now)

Love animals, very happy to have them on-site, even willing to talk about helping out, pet sitting or garden/yard chores in exchange for cheaper accommodation etc. I'm very handy and have my own tools so very much a fix-it tenant.

Trying to find something within 30-45 mins of Rocklea for the next 4-6 months, possibly longer if its a good fit. Open to pretty much any location for this. Really loved living in the Redlands area, but very open to anywhere.

Have to give a months notice on my current place, so can move within the month once all agreed. My current lease ends in April 15th, so trying to find something before that.
