I’m Fiona, a 23-year-old Malaysian Chinese postgraduate student starting my studies at UQ this February. I’m looking for a long-term room or shared accommodation near the St Lucia campus, and I’m available to move in from mid to late February.

I’ve previously lived in Australia for five years and am familiar with shared living. I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful of others’ space and privacy. I cook occasionally and always clean up after myself. I keep a regular routine, as most of my time is spent at uni, studying, at home resting, or occasionally catching up with friends.

I value open and respectful communication and am happy to follow existing house rules. I’m looking for a calm and considerate household rather than a party environment.

I don’t smoke, drink, or host parties, and I don’t have pets. I’m a full-time student, and my rent will be fully supported by my family, so payments will always be on time. Please feel free to message me if you think I might be a good fit. Thank you!
