Lauren and Barney

Hey! We’re Lauren and Barney, both 25 from England. We made the move to Australia in October 2025 and have been on the Gold Coast since November 2025.

Lauren freelances as a Paid Media Manager, and Barney’s currently job-hunting after working in recruitment back home. We’re both pretty laid-back and easy to get along with, always up for a chat, a nice dinner, or a day out exploring.

We like to stay active (long walks, gym sessions, the ocasional run) but you’ll just as often find us with an almond croissant and a coffee in hand on the weekend. After having our own place in the GC, we are excited to meet new people. Looking for a chilled, friendly couple who like to be social but enjoys their downtime.
