Raj and Gracie

We are Prasanna and Gracie, a professional couple living and working in Sydney and respectively from India and Australia.

We are both established in the hospitality industry and are looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home where we can settle long-term and build our life together.

Prasanna is a Sous Chef with more than 14 years of hospitality and culinary experience, having worked across Australia and internationally, including the UK, Singapore, USA and India. He has extensive experience in professional kitchens, menu development, food operations and hospitality management. He is a hardworking, organised and reliable professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards in both his work and personal life.

Gracie works as a assistant manager in the hospitality industry and is also passionate about food and lifestyle content. She is a food blogger who enjoys discovering cafés, restaurants and new food experiences and sharing them through her content. She is friendly, responsible and takes pride in keeping a clean, comfortable and welcoming home.

As a couple, we enjoy cooking, travelling, exploring cafés and restaurants, photography and spending quality time together. We have a quiet and respectful lifestyle and value cleanliness, privacy and maintaining a positive relationship with neighbours and property owners.

Why We Would Be Great Tenants !!!

We understand that choosing the right tenants is an important decision for a property owner. We are responsible professionals with stable employment and a genuine intention to maintain the property carefully and respectfully.

We are particularly interested in securing a 3-5 years long-term home rather than a short-term arrangement. We would treat the property as our own, keep it clean and well maintained, and promptly communicate with the property manager regarding any maintenance or concerns.

We are also financially prepared and flexible with the rental arrangement. Where appropriate and mutually agreeable, we are willing to discuss paying rent in advance to provide additional reassurance to the landlord.

We would genuinely love the opportunity to make this property our home. We believe our stable professional backgrounds, responsible lifestyle and long-term intentions would make us reliable and respectful tenants.
