I’m a full-time apprentice mechanic, so I work hard, keep busy, and love coming home to a chill, respectful space. I’m clean, reliable with rent, and pretty easygoing when it comes to sharing space. I know how to keep to myself when people need quiet, but I’m also always down for a chat, a shared meal, or the occasional movie night.

I’m usually at the gym or training MMA when I’m not working, so I’m out a fair bit and don’t bring parties home. I’m considerate with noise, clean up after myself, and always contribute fairly to shared tasks. I genuinely want wherever I live to feel like a comfortable home for everyone, not just a place to crash.

I’m also respectful of people’s routines and boundaries — whether you’re an early riser, a night owl, or somewhere in between, I can fit in easily. Ideally looking for housemates who value mutual respect, open communication, and the occasional good laugh.
