Rachael

Hey guys,
My name is Rachael and I’m 28 years old, soon to be 29. I’m currently in Springfield hoping to move closer to Brisbane city. My current budget is 200-230 per week and can pay bills on top of that. I’m hoping to find something smoker/420 friendly but if I get very desperate I could consider non smoking as I have only been socially smoking the last 10 months. I’m hoping for a room big enough for my queen size bed a tall boy and 2 bedside tables. I’m also hoping for some extra storage space either in a garage, shed or under a house for 5 x52L plastic storage tubs and some garden power tools like a whipper snipper and leaf blower. My current lease only ends on the 17th of August, but I could move in as early as 3rd of August and keep paying rent at my old place until lease ends.

I am tidy and clean, and I put in my effort to help clean shared communal areas like the bathroom and whatever else. If really needed I can occasionally help with mowing a small sized yard. I don’t have my own mower.
