Rachael

Hey guys,
My name is Rachael and I’m 28 years old, I’m currently in Gympie but hoping to find something closer to Sunshine Coast or Brisbane, maybe Brisbane since there isn’t much affordable on Sunshine Coast anymore. I am currently unemployed and on disability support for my autism as I have had a very difficult few years being practically homeless before this. My max excluding bills is 200 weekly aslong as electricity and water will be roughly 300 or less per quarter for my share, otherwise I am hoping for less. Otherwise my max including bills is 230 per week. I’m an on and off smoker as it’s fine where I am, but I will accept no smoking because housing is more important. I’m very friendly , and will often keep to myself and like solitude to recharge but I am happy to socialise with housemates, if they like to be that way. If not I will stay out of their way. Hoping for something close to shops.

I am tidy and clean, and I put in my effort to help clean shared communal areas like the e bathroom and whatever else.

I have until the 28th of January to find new accommodation, my current housemate wants 2 weeks notice.
