Hi there. My name is Liv. Im looking for 1-2 others to join a team up for a house in the Eastern Suburbs (Randwick, Queen’s Park, Kensington, Woollahra etc). Ideally just looking for a decent 2-3 bedroom home with a yard as I have a dog so am open to other areas too. Looking to spend no more than $500 a week. (Also open to joining an existing house if there’s an option to bring furniture and a dog 🐶 ).

I have most things needed to furnish a house beautifully (minus your bedroom).
I have a very affectionate, well behaved dog called Archie so am looking for somewhere with a decent backyard and some garage space if possible.

I love keeping the house & garden clean and looking good. Im very house proud so looking for others who also appreciate a nice, clean & tidy environment. I work full time in agri banking and work from home 2-3 days a week. I’m social and love cooking and am up for a drink or meal with my roommates but also respectful of your space. Certainly not looking for a party house.

Looking to move in the next 4-5 weeks.
