Hi, my name is Brandon. I'm currently looking for a room to live in (preferably long-term). I always keep on top of my bills when they are due from rent, internet & utilities. My current landlord (the homeowner) can provide my rent history as well as a reference as I have lived with them for the last 8+ years across two houses (one was a rental, the current they own). I'm currently very actively looking for work (it's been very difficult because of the market). I am a tidy, quiet & respectful person that just wants to have a nice, quiet & safe space to live in. I don't believe in causing unnecessary issues or heated confrontation as I am the complete opposite of this. I like to be as flexible as possible with my living situation, being transparent with whom I live with.
