I am a very responsible, tidy and respectful housemate, I don't drink or smoke, always happy to lend a hand. On that note I am also quite handy with experience in various trade skills. Can keep to myself but welcome a chat. Always pay bills on time and my prior housemates/landlords would be happy to give a great reference. My preferred locations are east of cbd along train line. In my free time I either take time to unwind, go climbing or hiking. I also enjoy weekly trivia nights and watching a good series or film.

I am looking for a place from November, I have been doing long term house sitting for about a year and a half to support my finances while being on a student visa with work limitations and paying for tuition. But now that I have finished my degree I am looking for a more stable housing situation.

Please note my budget as it isn't very flexible, I keep getting offers to check rooms over $200/wk which is NOT in my budget. Yes, I understand the current market and what is out there but it doesnt change what I can afford. I am still working part-time as a support worker but I am looking for a full-time role more related to my degree now that I have graduated this past month.
