My preferred areas are Burleigh, Miami, Mermaid Beach or Varsity Lakes, but I’m open to nearby spots too if it feels right.

Move-in: Ideally early/mid March, but I’m flexible and could move earlier or later.

I’m bubbly, outgoing, and always up for a yap. You’ll usually find me at the beach, at hot Pilates or out for sunrise or sunset walks - especially with a coffee in hand or ending with a little picnic (and wine).

I love a good night out just as much as a cosy movie night in - balance is key.. 🤓

I’m clean, tidy, and respectful and looking for a long-term home with housemate(s) who feel more like friends than just roomies.

Happy to provide references, payslips, and proof of on-time rent and bill payments.
