Hola!
I’m Charmian, a Sydney girl who’s returned from a three year stint in Brisbane. Currently working and studying full time in the CDB so looking for somewhere with easy access in and out of the city on public transport.
I’m currently working in a hospital as an AIN while I complete my final year of nursing. I love hanging out with friends, getting out in nature for hikes or to the beach. I love to cook and try to make all my meals at home. I love animals and am happy to be on communal pet duties , but I may try to keep your furry friend as my own- you’ve been warned ;)
I’m friendly and down to earth, always down for a rosé and a catch up, but I also need my own space to recharge. Happy for small gatherings in the place with plenty of notice, but not too often. Routine, sleep and healthy habits are important to me.
I love music, I’ll be bringing my guitar with me, but don’t worry I’m very respectful of noise.
I also love gaming, and have spent an embarrassing amount of hours playing. I also love a good board games night.
I’m also very clean and tidy, I will *never leave a communal space in a mess. I think it’s really important to respect the space you’re in and the people you share it with.
