I am looking for a furnished room near Perth city, within walking distance to public transportation.
My budget is around 200 to 250 dollars per week, include bills. Female housemates/ flatmates preferred.
I hope to move in around mid September, and plan to stay for at least 6 months, If it's a nice place then a long term.
I’ve been living in Australia for over 2 years and currently work as a training school teacher in Perth CBD. I am tidy, quiet, and considerate. I don't smoke, drink or party. References from my previous landlords can be provided if needed.
Additionally, as I will need rental records for visa purposes in the future, I would like to sign a rental agreement and pay rent via bank transfer.
