Heya,

I’m Jordy 31 year old bar manager for a bar in Ashgrove. Looking for an unfurnished room with ensuite/own bathroom in Ashgrove or surrounding suburbs. My current lease end at the end of January, ready to move now.

I’m out of the house Wednesday-Sunday from midday to late and don’t really cook too much as I’m fed by my chefs at work.

I’m into music and guitar, spend most of my free time listening to music probably with a gin to chill out after the long days. Definitely a night owl but I’m super respectful of other people’s schedules. I’m luckily that the latest my nights at work are midnight but usually earlier.

I like having roommates that you can have a chat with and the occasional meal/drink. I like a clean/ not gross place without needing to be military about chores, places are meant to be fun and enjoyed, not look like a real estate brochure. So if you’re super ridiculous about house chores and a neat freak it’s not going to work.

Love cats and dogs as long as you look after them and clean up after them.
