I'm an architect from the Philippines and just finished my study in construction design here in Melbourne. I love to travel, go on beach trips and walking trails, explore different cuisine, and I love a good cup of coffee. I'm generally an outgoing person and I'd love to hang out with my flatmates if I'm free. I also need my downtime and will have days where I will just keep to myself in my room. I like to keep my space clean and like to have my belongings organised. I'm looking for a home where I can stay short term for around 4 months as I transition from being a student to working full-time. There’s a possibility for me to extend my stay longer so I’m looking for properties with a minimum 4 month stay and open to extension. My preference for a place would be walking distance to a train station or tram stop, has female or mostly female flatmates, and not a party house.
