I'm moving to Australia this January (as a permanent resident). Hoping to find a nice place to settle down for a bit. Length of stay is fairly flexible. Anywhere between a 1 - 5 month deal is cool. Ideally I'm going for a long-term solution if the flat has a direct commute to RMIT as I reckon I'll start my studies in art or design this coming July. I consider myself a respectful and good man. Born and raised in Norway. Financially reliable. Career driven. Not looking for a partyhouse, generally a quiet individual, I enjoy my alone time but appreciate a good hang as well. Interest include music, art, philosophy, fitness among other things. I've also done a bit of traveling. Any questions, hit me up.
Hey, I am Tim, I am moving from Brisbane to Melbourne to begin studying a PhD. I am a chill, friendly, and clean person. I am a major nerd, and in my spare time enjoy playing video games, binge watching Netflix, cycling, and having a chat over beer or coffee.
I'm Bibin, 27. I work full time, while actively looking for a job in my field of study. I’m currently renting a place in Moonee Ponds. Originally from India, I have been living in Australia for the last three years. An outdoorsy kind of guy, I love long drives and trips. Clean, respectful and mature person but very much sociable. Looking for a relatively new or renovated place that’s clean and cozy. I have a car, so I would require street or off-street parking. Expected move in time is first week of December
Hi! I am looking for one or two easygoing, relaxed and clean housemates. I am originally from South Korea and just finished a bachelor degree in Adelaide. I moved to Melbourne for my grad year nursing in Coburg starting on February. My plan is renting a modern property with other 1-2 housemates who are working full time around the area. I am able to move some point between mid to 24th of January. I drive, and my budget is $250. Ideally wish to keep my weekly rent including bills and internet below $250, but don’t mind to pay slightly more for a right place. I like to make my place like a real living place, not just a place to crush. I am a very considerate person, and will be super easygoing with your occasional guests / sharing meals and essential products / having one or two drinks post work :) You’ll be someone who can share responsibilities of a property, easily talk with and be friends, but also respect each others down time. One thing that I can not really accept is dirty and messy house. I love to decorate my house cozy and keep it tidy, so that I can feel settled and relaxed whenever I come back from work. I totally understand a bit of laziness in terms of cleaning. But please don’t neglect your dishes for more than a week, ventilate kitchen after cook, clean up your mess after shower etc 😉 I love creativity, indulging cultures, going to exhibitions, performances, concerts etc. I often go to the gym, yoga and explore amazing food places in Melbourne. Please feel free to contact me if you already have a lease and offering one from mid-late January with the similar requirements, I am more than happy to have a look!
Hi, I'm looking for a home with kind housemates, and a lovely backyard to hang out in. I'm a friendly person, but I'm respectful and considerate of the needs and boundaries of housemates in a sharehouse - everyone needs their own space. I'm experienced in sharehousing and I'm responsible and reliable. I'm looking for housemates that I get along with, so that it feels like a home, not just staying in a house. Also I love a peaceful home - I'm not a party person (of course celebrations from time to time are nice). I love: * Staying connected with family & friends * Learning about technology and learning other new skills (I'd love to learn woodworking - I did a beginner's short course last year) * A Netflix binge when I can * Social justice (my background is in community development) * Being outdoors in nature (even lying in the backyard) * Cats 😊
A third year uni student looking for some kind, spirited and respectful housemates to live with. I am hoping to find roommates that want to create a supportive and caring space for each other to share and thrive in. I love honesty, I love passionate hard working people. Terms and conditions: you would be cool living with a very sweet 7 year old cat, who loves spending time outdoors. However if I must live without my soulmate he will be safe and well at my family’s home in the meantime.
Hi, I'm Ben! I'm a 23 year old meteorologist (in training). I have a grad job at the Bureau of Meteorology and have a sunny disposition. Ok, enough with the weather jokes! I'm a chill dude, I love cracking a beer after a day of work. I'm respectful, fun, and I'm also clean :)
Hey all, I’m moving back to melb after spending majority of 2019 working away. I’m a super chill easy going guy who like most has a couple active hobbies which occupy my free time. I’m anything but lazy and very respectful of others belongings as this is not my first time house sharing. I previously had a furnished house so I’m happy to contribute whatever I can to a home. I’ve got a rescue greyhound who is an absolute legend. He is very well behaved and brings nothing but good times. He’s great with 99% of other dogs too so either a place with or without a dog already is fine. After a place that’s easy going with housemates that are respectful and clean. Not after a crash pad but maybe somewhere to actually call home for a bit.🤙
Bit about me. I’m 27 and a full time PhD student doing medical research focussed on the immune system. That takes up most of my time during the week so I usually just chill out on weeknights and binge Netflix. I’m pretty social and am partial to a sneaky wine or two occasionally though. I’m looking for a long term place and to be apart of a happy little home. This wouldn’t be my first share house situation so rest assured I know how to behave and pull my own weight around the joint.
After a few years of being a nomadic traveler, the amazing city of Melbourne is calling me to come and settle for a while. I'm originally from New Zealand, and have spent the first years of my adult life exploring overseas to try and understand how I want to live my life. Along the way I ended up working at Australian music festivals and connecting with the beautiful humans of Melbourne especially. I'm so keen to become a part of community in this place, and finding a room in a house with good vibes would be an amazing step in that direction. I'm tidy, responsible, and also love spending time connecting with people, listening to music, talking about everything under the sun. Hope to find a haven on here, and beautiful people to share living space with.
Hi my name is Stefanie I'm In my 30s.. and am looking for somewhere to live from late January of next year :) I am very friendly, and easy to live with, am respectful of others and enjoy and value my quiet time. I am looking for a private room ( bedroom with aircon ) in a house with no more than two other people, and am happy to live with either males, or females.
