Hi there,

My name is Ayaan and I’m 22 years old. I’ve been living in Perth for the last two and a half years. I completed a master’s degree at UWA and initially stayed in student accommodation, but for the past year and a half I’ve been living in East Perth. I now intend to move out.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place within 10 minutes of the CBD, as I work there as well. I’m usually out of the house most of the time, mainly during the evenings. I like to get up early, follow my morning routine, and head to work, so you probably won’t have much disturbance from me.

I’m happy to share references from previous houses if needed. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
