Short Term: I'm looking for one room, temporarily while I am searching for my own unit.
Long Term: I am looking for a self-contained granny flat, villa, etc, and am happy to discuss additional aspects to see if I am a good fit.

I don't drink or smoke. I am not religious or politically minded. I have a sense of humor yet strive for appropriateness and diplomacy.
I keep to myself and am happy to do my part of keeping the home clean and tidy in a way that suits your standards.
I understand physical, mental, and neurological delays and disabilities, including the ways they impact living, and have no judgments about the ways this may be reflected in how you need your home environment.
I do not do well in party houses, excessively loud, or busy houses as I am susceptible to severe migraines. Children and family noise doesn't bother me, and homes with sensory requirements are personally not an issue for me either.
I can assist others who need help with English, HASS, History etc homework or studies but not mathematics.

I am open to staying with another family, students, individuals, couples, and the elderly, I will consider anything offered. Lewd or inappropriate offers will not be entertained, don't even try.
Again, this is just a temporary stay as I am actively looking for my own home with the aid of government agencies.
I do have children I would like to have visit, but this is related to any Long Term options I am enquiring about as during Short Term I will not require this.
