Hi, I’m Esteban — a tidy, respectful, and easy-going cookery student working in hospitality.

I’m originally from Chile and currently studying at Greenwich College while working in the industry, so I spend most of the week busy with work and classes. I value cleanliness, respect, and privacy, and I always keep shared spaces neat and organised.

I’m looking for a calm, friendly home to share around Southport, Surfers Paradise, Ashmore, or Labrador, starting from October 19th.

Budget: $200–250/week (bills included preferred).
Bond: ideally none, or one week maximum.

I’m not into parties — I prefer a peaceful, drama-free environment with good vibes and mutual respect. I’m always happy to share a meal or a good chat, but I also value personal space.

In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, and exploring the Gold Coast.
