Hi, I’m Novs! I’m 28, female, and currently working full-time in the CBD with a hybrid setup, I work from home 2–3 days per week. I value a calm and quiet home environment, especially from around 10pm, as I usually have early starts during the week. On weekends, I enjoy peaceful walks, pilates, and recharging at home.

Sometimes my partner or my sister visits me here in Sydney for a couple of weeks (2–4 weeks) per year — not at the same time. I’m looking for a place that can accept occasional visitors for these short stays (willing to pay extra to cover bills). I’m specifically seeking a private room with an ensuite or a studio apartment.
