Hey! Full time job, early starts & and early finishes.
I’m after a room in the early new year, no specific date yet but could even move sooner.
Chasing the ensuite room. Negotiable on rent. Bills included preferred.

Myself as a housemate? Lived in share houses since 2014, I know how to respect shared spaces, rent on time, will chip in for household chores also good at fixing things around the house. Keeping the house in good order is paramount. I also vape so yeah.

Me as a person? I enjoying my free time being social, having a beer, listening to music and appreciating the little things. I can get along with almost anybody but I’d prefer to live with people around my age.
I enjoy art, plants and likeminded people!
