Hey there 👋

I’m Fran, beach-loving expat on the hunt for a new place to call home as my current one is unfortunately only temporary. I’m a 35 year old female, originally from Germany and although I’m relatively new to Sydney, I’ve spent over 10 years living abroad, most of those in Brisbane until Covid changed our lives (and made me move to Barcelona where I spent the last 3 years which was pretty amazing). I hold PR - so no fear that I’m leaving the country again in few months.

I’m easy-going und fun, respectful, clean and with a positive outlook on life. I lead a pretty busy life, am active, up early most mornings to catch the sunrise, workout or go for a quick walk/dip by the beach. On weeknights I’m quite low key, at the gym, salsa dancing or yoga, have a lazy night watching trash TV, or drinks somewhere in our Bondi bubble. Weekends are spent mainly outdoors by the beach, checking out the markets, eating out lots, socialising with friends - all pretty standard and a good balance between healthy living and fun times with good wine!

I work full-time office hours in a management role in aviation and am in the office most days.

I’m looking for a place that feels home and relaxed, flatmates who are down to end the day with a chat, a drink or some food but also respect each other’s privacy and need to sometimes just close the door and be alone. I lived in share houses for years and was always very lucky to have had the best flatmates who became good friends. Although we’re all independent individuals who have our own lives, a warm, homely atmosphere at home makes a big difference.
