Hi! I’m 32, work full-time, and live a pretty grounded, low-key lifestyle. Home is my recharge space, so I really value a calm, comfortable environment. I’m tidy, respectful, and genuinely easy to live with — no drama, no chaos.

Outside of work I’m into art and gardening, and I love having a space that feels relaxed and lived-in (in a good way).

I come with my 10-year-old dog, Doofus. He’s older, very chilled, and well-behaved — more professional napper than troublemaker.

Ideally, I’m looking for a granny flat, studio, or separate living setup, or to team up with someone who also values privacy and mature, easygoing energy. I’m friendly and happy to chat or share a meal now and then, but I also respect personal space and downtime.

I’m reliable with rent, keep shared areas clean, and appreciate clear communication.
