Hi there! I'm a 35-year-old nurse who will be relocating to Sydney next week and on the hunt for a room to rent under $450 per week. Ideally would like to start of on a short term let until I figure out where I'll be working and then potentially extend if it's not too far from work.

In terms of my living style, I prioritise cleanliness and tidiness. I'm also happy to have a chat over a wine now and again with housemates but also totally respect and value the need for privacy and space.
