Hello,
My name is Mireia and my partner is called Luke. We are looking for accommodation in Perth for our arrival on the 13th of October.
Allow me to provide some information about us so you can evaluate is we would match the type of tenants you are looking for. We are both 25 years old, my partner has a property management business and I am a psychologist. We enjoy cooking, visiting new place, doing exercice, eating out, watching TV. I consider we are very respectful, clean and tidy people. We enjoy our own privacy but also getting to know new people and different cultures.
We enjoy the occasional drink with our dinners but we are not heavy drinkers or into partying.
We both have a work and holidays visa allowing us to be in Australia for 1 year and to work for 6 months. Our idea is to find a job as soon as we arrive. Having said this, we both have saving so paying for the rent is no issue.
We would really appreciate if we could get a reply sooner than later as we don’t have much time before our arrival date.
