Cerys and Jess

Heyy, myself, Cerys (bonus point for pronouncing my name) and my friend Jess are looking to share a room (cosy but poor travelling girlies) from the 22nd of October for three months. We are both 23 years old backpacking from the UK, both northern girls. We are on a working holiday visa and will be working in Melbourne. I will be working in hospo (anywhere that’ll take me) and Jess is a nurse who can provide some witty nurse humour.

We both are quite extroverted individuals who could talk to an apple about an orange but also know the necessity of a few hours scrolling tiktok or watching telly. We are very active, we love going for a run then a coffee and cake after (oops) and we enjoy the gym! Also, another green flag is we love a bit of pop on the beach.

Not meaning to brag, but our dance moves alone are enough to score us a room in a house, but you will just have to wait to see them. We do love a drink, vino and Margs especially, followed by a hungover debrief over brunch. One thing is that we can’t cook to save our lives so any house cooking nights would be amazing to teach us the basics! We are looking to make solid friends in the house so would be keen to do other activities such as pottery painting, nights in, and nights out together.

We are also both easy going and clean individuals who are used to sharing houses with others as we have been in shared accom for 5 years now.
