Hi, my name is Sonja.
I recently arrived from Melbourne 3 years ago.
I'm currently living with 2 smoking/vaping males in a house in Bayswater. I've been stuck in a 12 month lease and can finally escape. I'm looking to move any time after the 27th June.
This is after renting a room in Canning Vale, through an agency.
The first 12 months were great. It was the best share house I've lived in.
Then it became a gas chamber of 4 smoking, vaping, (and other drug) users. I ended up with a high liver function test result from the ordeal.

So you can understand the relief I thought I was getting moving into Bayswater.
That relief was short-lived. It's been daily, and worse, nightly gassings, which means I can't sleep, can't function and have repeatedly gained a pounding headache for the privilege.
But of course proving this behaviour has been the hardest journey. Made worse when it occurs during the night. And it has been every night.
After a bit of research, I now have the proof and the means to get it.

But once more (maybe third time lucky) I'm looking for a,

NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING, AND NON-METHING (NOR ANY OTHER GASSING) HOUSE.

I am a mature aged student.
I am studying a Masters of Professional Accounting.
I'm 75% into it so need a room for another 12 months. I tend to live in the university library.
I can live anywhere and have my car.
I intend to live in Perth for the rest of my life.
I also have a social life so I won't be relying on you for one.
I'm financially independent and have a long record of over 30 years of tenancy experience,
20 of which, as a housemate. I have lived with some 200-250 people.
Before leaving Melbourne I leased a unit for three and a half years through Barry Plant of Ringwood/Heathmont.
Before this, I've leased a room in two rooming houses, whilst completing a degree, a total of 6 years as a housemate.
I have also been a head tenant for 13 years seeking approval to sublet to housemates.
So I understand how scary the selection process can be.
