Hi, I’m Ben, a 34-year-old self-employed graphic designer looking for a place to call home. I’m seeking a granny flat/studio ideally, but open to a share house (own bathroom/ensuite). My budget is $450 per week, $500 for the right place, and I’m flexible with move-in dates.

I live a healthy, active lifestyle and spend much of my time surfing, at the beach, or exercising. Although rehabbing an injury for 6-12 months so very chilled at the moment. I’m passionate about my work and sport.

Quiet tenant, non party/smoke/drugs.
