My name is Ben, I’m 34 years old and have been living on the Gold Coast for the past 10 years. I’m currently looking for a new studio/unit/apartment to rent.

I’m a mature, quiet and respectful professional working as a graphic designer within the architecture and property industry, while also studying architecture part time. I live a low key lifestyle and don’t smoke or drink. Outside of work, I’m passionate about surfing, design and spending time between the Gold Coast and Byron Bay on weekends.

I do work from home, however I have a flexible routine and am often out during mornings, evenings and weekends. I’m reliable with rent and take pride in maintaining the property I live in. I can also provide proof of income, savings and references if required.
