I work and study, so I spend most of my time out during the day and appreciate coming back to a comfortable, well-maintained home. I'm sociable and happy to chat with housemates, bu I also respect everyone's privacy and personal space.

I'm looking for a private room in a modern, clean house or apartment with a maximum of 4 people sharing. I'm not interested in old or run-down properties and would prefer a place that is well looked after and comfortable to live in for the long term.

Ideally, I'm looking to stay for 12 months or more and would be a reliable, considerate, and hassle-free tenant.
