Hi, I’m Joel. I’m a full-time professional working in marketing within the sports education industry, and I’m currently looking for a flat in Sydney, ideally around Bondi-ish area.

I’m a pretty active person and spend a lot of my week running or being active, so I tend to keep a good routine and I’m not looking for a big party house. That said, I’m sociable, easy to chat to and would love to live somewhere friendly rather than just sharing a space with strangers.

I’m clean, respectful, reliable with rent and mindful of other people’s space. Outside of work and running, I’m into sport, exploring Sydney, good food and a relaxed drink or coffee. Ideally, I’m looking for a home with people who are considerate, tidy and up for a friendly, easy-going house dynamic.
