I'm a positive and clean 40 year old woman.I enjoy spending time in nature, bushwalking, yoga and the occasional festival. I'm a good communicator with a thirst for knowledge. I have two degrees- a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Social Work.

I have a split WFH and outreach based role in Mental Health. My WFH days involve administrative tasks and occasional client/ care team phone contact. I've worked in the community sector in various roles and passionate about my work.

I've lived in share houses and by myself and have an excellent rental history. I'm happy to supply references from previous real-estates.
I'm preferencing living in the inner north (e.g Preston, Thornbury, Northcote or Alphington).

I'm looking to either live alone in an apartment or granny flat or with others around my age with similar values and interests.

NB: I'm happy to fully cover the cost of a monthly deep clean and gardening. I have a friend who owns a business and provides mates rates. I value my living environment and want to ensure the space/property is well maintained and comfortable.
