G’day!! Full-time chiller mechanic by day and social introvert by night. I would say I am very easy to get along with and love to hang with friends new and old, I do also love to have some alone downtime as I’m sure most people do these days.

I’ve house shared for many years and totally understand the etiquette when it comes to a harmonious house share! I’m also quite handy with DIY and other house related jobs/maintenance 👨🏻‍🔧

I would say I’m mostly a positive, humorous little so and so. I have a silly sense of humour and try to see the funny stuff in most situations, I have a love for comedy and sarcasm 🙃

I am searching for a cute, cosy share with some delightful folk to call home. Somewhere in the Inner North (ideally Fitzroy, Brunswick, Northcote, Collingwood, Carlton, or surrounding areas).

Mon - Fri I'm focused on work, which consists of mostly early starts with early finishes (my fave) so am mindful and respectful of house mate work flows/patterns. It would be nice to receive the same considerations.

Tidy and Respectful: I am clean, especially in communal spaces, and am consistently on time with rent and bills etc.

I enjoy kicking back when I'm not working and value a respectful and easy home environment.

It’s also great to sit down of an evening and watch some tv or listen to some music with housemates, that’s something I am very fond of sharing. Lately I’ve been spending my weekday eves binging hard on uk crime drama (Line of duty, if ya know, ya know haha).

I'd love to live with people who are up for the odd shared dinner together but also no pressure or expectations to have to! I’m very understanding and respectful of everyone's privacy and personal time at home. “Me” time is precious!!!

That being said, if there’s ever an occasion to call on a little box social with friends and extended friends for a little celebration or the likes that’s always nice, if other house mates are calm with that 💃 🕺

Lifestyle: I spend my downtime with a mix of exploring Melbourne's food spots, searching for a chilled pub to hide in and play pool (trying to improve my pool game), or heading out for some hikes/walkabouts either on one of the cities many foot paths or somewhere further and away from the city noise.

I also love music of all varieties and occasionally DJ for fun. Currently I don’t have a set up so no worries about noise.

🔍 What I'm Looking For

Location: Inner North suburbs (as listed above). Not against the other surrounding burbs. Reliable transport to the city is preferred.

Budget: Max $400 per week, ideally including bills, but happy to split transparently.

Move-in: Flexible but late Jan would be great.

Ideal Flatmates: I'm open to all ages and walks of life, but I think a similar age bracket (mid-20s to mid-30s) might mesh well. The main priority is finding like-minded, respectful people. Respect is cool.

House prefs. Nothing too specific really, I have a partner who will stay over occasionally. So being on board with that is something I’d appreciate.

I would prefer a dedicated car space for my vehicle to keep my work tools secure. And some storage areas (shared or communal) would be helpful to keep my camping gear in.
