Hi! I’m Chin, 25, currently based in Perth. I’m moving to Sydney for a full-time job in the CBD starting 3rd March, and I’m hoping to move in around 21-22 February.
I’m looking for a female-only flat, ideally within walking distance to a train station or at least a bus stop with a 30–40 minute commute to the city. My budget is up to $350/week including bills.
I’ve lived in share houses so I know what to expect. I’m clean, easygoing, respectful, non-smoking, and I usually don’t have guests over.
